C.E.O. and Managing Director

Ryan Maxwell founded WebbCo International Inc. after realizing a need for more in-depth business training and financing options for aspiring entrepreneurs. Given the growth of the Western Canadian real estate market and the natural synergies between both business and real estate projects, WebbCo launched its real estate division under Ryan’s guidance in 2004.

Currently WebbCo is involved in several real estate projects across Western Canada and the United States amounting to over $130 Million in capital costs with projected revenues just under $200 Million. Some of these projects include an 84 unit coach style development in Terwillegar area of South West Edmonton, a 66 acre estate acreage development in Stony Plain, AB, a 99 acre residential lot development in Airdrie, AB, and a 240 acre estate lot development in prestigious Bearspaw, Northwest Calgary.

Ryan has owned several privately held companies in addition to bringing one of the first franchised financing companies into Edmonton. In addition to his position as C.E.O. and Managing Director of WebbCo International Inc. and it’s affiliated divisions, Ryan has also been active in local politics, most recently serving as a constituencies’ Vice-President of Youth for the Progressive Conservative Party of Alberta.

Ryan received his BEd from the University of Alberta with first class standing. Before launching his first business he received investment strategies and stock market training from Edward Jones Investment Firm.

Ryan’s experiences have allowed him to build and manage successful business. His intuitive capabilities to determine the most successful business and real estate ventures, coupled with his passion for bringing projects to fruition has been integral in WebbCo’s success to-date. He strongly believes in building “power teams” to ensure profitability for all those who partake.

His guiding philosophy and approach in life is “Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained”
